Senior MUN Event & Valedictory
On July 26th & 27th, Ambitus World School had the privilege of hosting a vibrant Senior MUN event, where passionate young minds engaged in global diplomacy. The event was further elevated by an inspiring keynote address from Dr. Seetha Murthy, whose profound insights into international relations and leadership left a lasting impression on all participants. At the AWSMUN ’24 conference, students participated in engaging debates and discussions across various committees, including GHCC, UNOOSA, DISEC, WEF, and UNHRC. Each committee offered a distinct platform for students to cultivate essential diplomatic skills, vital for addressing and navigating complex international issues.
The diverse array of committees enhanced the Model United Nations experience, fostering a profound appreciation for global collaboration among delegates. The Secretariat Board members coordinated logistics seamlessly and maintained diplomatic decorum, exemplifying effective leadership and teamwork. Meanwhile, the Executive Board members facilitated dynamic discussions while ensuring procedural integrity, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Overall, the AWSMUN’24 conference proved to be an enriching and transformative experience for all participants, equipping them with valuable insights and skills essential for future endeavors in international relations and diplomacy.
