AWSMUN brings together young people from all backgrounds and experiences to learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations. This helps to build and exchange their thoughts and ideas in solving international issues.
MUN is an academic simulation of the United Nations, which is a world-renowned organization that aims to maintain international peace and security. In the Model United Nations(or MUN), students play the roles of delegates, attempting to solve global problems – by drafting suitable solutions – from the perspective of their designated countries.
It helps students learn a plethora of distinctive skills such as Researching, Public Speaking, Debating, Teamwork, and Cultural Empathy. MUN is also a valuable experience that inspires the youth to change the world into a better place.
